    Job Description

    Help wanted for 2026 season on small very diversified certified organic farm located in rural inland Mendocino County. Our season starts now in the greenhouse and ends with seed cleaning at the winter solstice. Job includes greenhouse work, field work, and seed processing. We value detail-oriented efficiency and good communication skills. Energy and enthusiasm more important than experience. Women, queer, BIPOC encouraged to apply.
