Cassidy Ranch is hiring a farmer’s market associate to help represent us at select farmer's markets around Napa and Sonoma, CA. We currently have an immediate need for a Farmers Market Sales Associate on Saturday mornings at the Napa Farmer’s Market. Additional shifts including the Sonoma Farmer's Market on Friday mornings and hours working at our farm shop in Sonoma are also available. Cassidy Ranch is an organic farm and winery growing over 100 varieties of fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, and herbs. Our products are sold locally at select farmer’s markets, through an onsite farm shop, and at select local restaurants. Applicants must have a valid and clean US driver’s license with no moving violations in the last two years, and be comfortable driving a pickup truck to and from the market. Applicants should have reliable personal transportation to/from work shifts starting in Sonoma, but a company vehicle will be used for all other work travel. Applicants should be able to lift 40-50 lbs several times a day and manage the setup and takedown of the market both. Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week

Applicants must have a valid and clean US driver’s license with no moving violations in the last two years, and be comfortable driving a commercial cargo van Applicants should have reliable personal transportation to/from work shifts starting in Sonoma, but a company vehicle will be used for all other work travel Previous experience in retail sales or retail environments is preferred. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey product information clearly. A proactive approach to selling, with a demonstrated ability to upsell products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
